Featuring heat-set puff ink printing, each design starts with a white base layer followed by five layers of heat-cured ink. This method, performed in a tunnel oven, creates a raised, textured surface with natural grain, requiring precise control of temperature and time to prevent cracking or wrinkling—showcasing the skill of experienced craftsmen.

The logo embroidery uses 120D mercerized yarn in custom-dyed cream, executed on a TAJIMA embroidery machine with satin stitch technique for a full, dimensional finish without skipped stitches.
