We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part.

Returns

We accept returns only in the event of a mistake on our part, such as incorrect sizes, colors, or models. If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return requests made after this 24-hour window. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only new and original price items are eligible for returns.
  • Sales items and pre-owned items are not eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 2-3 business days whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

  • HYPEKIXK reserves the right to decline refunds or returns if the request is found to be fraudulent or if the user has exhibited abusive behavior.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if we made an error in the size, color, or model of the item you received. We cannot accommodate exchange requests for any other reason. If you believe an exchange is necessary, please contact us promptly.
